Box HIIT

Box HIIT is a mixture of traditional boxing exercises, mixed with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Designed to help you punch away the stress and improve fitness, box HIIT is a truly special class and one of our most popular.

HIIT is a workout style comprised of short work periods followed by short rest periods. Using HIIT you’re going to burn the most calories in the shortest amount of time.

As well as getting a full body toning and conditioning workout, you will notice improved balance and posture, and improved hand-eye coordination.

Come along to a class. You won’t regret it.

Timetable
Tuesdays 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Gloves and pads can be provided for your first initial class, however we advise due to hygiene reasons, that participants bring/use their own.
