Bootcamp

This is an exercise class specifically for women of all fitness levels – Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced . It aims to give you the social support and motivation you need to burn fat and sculpt your body. It includes a variation of cardio, core stability, strength, resistance and body weight exercises.

Female Bootcamp is a fun way to achieve your goals whilst making friends and socialising as you burn fat, lose weight and increase your cardiovascular efficiency. The hour sessions include team games, pair and individual work but always take account of your own physical capabilities.

Instead of heading to a stuffy gym where you find it hard to push or motivate yourself, come and join the team of inspirational ladies.

Saturdays 8.30am - 09.30am
Mondays 6.15am – 07.15am 9.30am - 10.30am 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Wednesdays 6.15am – 07.15am 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Fridays 6.15am – 07.15am 9.30am - 10.30am

Please wear comfortable layered sports clothing for exercising outdoors, plus comfortable trainers and exercise mat (these can be loaned at your first class)

NB: For Outdoor Bootcamp classes, come prepared as we can never predict the British weather!

We also welcome children to our classes, however we just ask for them to be kept in the same vicinity as their parent/gaurdian
